Manufacturing Facilities

We have a state of art production facility. Washing, embroidery, printing and stitching all are in one roof. We have machinery for stitching textile garments as well as hosiery garments. Apart from our facility we are in tie up with leading production houses for bulk capacity production for multiple order formats. We have a list of row material suppliers who are efficient enough to honor deadline commitments. Our partner program with our suppliers has benefitted both of us. Our tie up with woolen house and accessories manufacturers is also a part of our partner program which again due to win-win agenda has proved us a cut over our competitors. Quality Control, Mass Production and rate control has become our trade mark.

Cutting :

The cutting section is equipped with the Gerber spreader and cutter that ensure 100% perfection. It improves turnaround times and expedites the cutting process with minimal waste and cost. The section also has Bend Knife machine and Fusing machines. Most modern CAD systems from Gerber, Tukatech and Lectra are employed for Computerized Precision Pattern Making, Grading and Marking System

Stitching :

With its wide range of advanced machinery & proficient labor capable of producing stylized garments with perfection & finesse, the sewing section has a hi-tech infrastructure. The production lines are fully integrated and operational with various types of powered sewing machines from Brother, Juki, Pegasus, Yamato & special machines like Computerized Welt Pocketing Machine, Multi Needle Kansai Special Machines & Tunnel Cover Seaming Machines.

Embroidery :

We have a splendid range of embroidery to suit any styles, any garments as you have an option to choose from a wide range, designs & colors which are fully computer aided, fully automatic machines which enable the rarest embroideries up to 12 colors & applique work.

Washing & Finishing :

Hi-tech machinery and cutting edge technology facilitate high quality washing and wrinkle-free finishing. The in-house washing capacity is one million pieces per month. The laundry division is well equipped with automatic washers, extractors, PERK and dryers. Various pressing machines and heat transferring machines are also available to ensure improvement in high functional performance of the garment through specialty finishing.

Knitting :

An Integrated unit equipped with 37 world famous computerized knitting machines from MAYER & CIE, TERROT, KEUMONG, PAILANG, JUMBERCA, CAMBER, FURUNERA, RENSHEN & JINGMEI can knit all kinds of basic and fashion fabrics in various gauge and dimension like single jersey, double jersey, jacquard, pique, popcorn, waffle, Milano rib, Auto striper up to six colours, Feeder striper, Terry, Three thread fleece, Velour, Anti -Peeling Polar fleece and all types of single & double jersey four track structures in cotton, PIC, P/V, C/V and many more blended yarn and spandex item. Our fully automatic collar machines can produce collars, cuffs, panels and jacquard collars.

Yarn and Fabric Dyeing :

We have a good arrangement of ultramodern dyeing houses equipped with latest soft flow dyeing machines, relax drier and computerized compactors. Oswal India is Specialized and have a complete infra structure in house for knitting & processing plant for high quality Antipiling polar fleece, Sherpa & velour fabrics. We have also the arrangements of yarn dyeing facilities equipped with fully computerized machines.
